Ann Arbor Carpets is a family company guided by the principle of being the place where friends send friends. We wanted to let you know that we’re thinking about all of you—our people, our customers, our suppliers, and our community—as we work through the effects of the coronavirus.

In the over 50 years we’ve been serving the Ann Arbor community, we’ve never seen anything quite like this. I do know however that in uncertain times like these, we must be there for one another. The effects will be far-reaching, and, in response, we all need to think sensibly and empathetically. By following the latest trusted science and leading with our hearts, we will get through this together.

With the government shelter-in-place order, we are temporarily closing our store at 550 State Circle. So, while our showroom is temporarily closed, our business is not. Because of the nature of the work we do, some of the most important pieces take place outside of our showrooms and in the comfort of your home. We can move your project forward, safely, and in complete compliance with the new social distancing norms.

• Talk to Us –Call us at 734-769-1710.
• Samples to Your Door – Flooring is something you want to touch and feel before you purchase. We’ll bring the samples to your door or you can pick them up at our store. We’ll even bring them right to your car. All samples will be cleaned and disinfected before we deliver them.

Got a Project Scheduled?

Assume your project is on schedule unless you hear from us.  Should you feel you need to reschedule your installation, just let us know. Our installers have all been instructed on how to create a safe work environment for everyone.
